Welcome to the "Ageing well" course block! What makes for a long and healthy life? In these courses, we look at the secrets of the so-called "Blue Zones" - regions in which an above-average number of people live to be over 100. You will learn what role exercise, nutrition, social contacts and lifestyle play. We will also look at the importance of good sleep and an active lifestyle in old age. This course will give you valuable ideas on how you can support older people to age healthily and with fulfilment - and perhaps you will take away some inspiration for your own life!
