  • Go for errands on foot or by bike, not by car
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator
  • Tai Chi, Qigong and yoga improves mobility, balance and reduces stress.
  • Get together with friends and go for a walk together in nature and not only for coffee (you can also take coffee to go)
  • Spend as little time as possible in front of screens and as much as possible in nature
  • Even when you sit and watch TV, you can do something in between stretching or strengthening exercise (e.g. with weights)
  • Try to find activities that make you happy, that's the only way you'll be at it activities and include them in your everyday life

Regular physical activity has many benefits, including improving physical health, mood, balance and overall quality of life. It is important to choose activities that you enjoy, as this way you will be more motivated to stick with the exercise.
