Mrs Schneider has developed the habit of refusing to take her prescribed medication, even though she does not experience any unpleasant side effects. Her daily ritual consists of looking at the box of medication and complaining about how unpleasant it is to take the tablets.

Mr Weber, a person who is cared for at home, expresses dissatisfaction with his loneliness and a desire for more social activities. Mr Weber does this every time a carer comes to visit.

Mr Schmidt constantly expresses dissatisfaction with his past, complains about supposed injustices and repeatedly emphasises how bad his life is.

Mrs Wagner has mobility problems due to osteoarthritis. She expresses her dissatisfaction with the fact that she can no longer move around independently and expresses her desire to look for solutions.
